How to Create Your Artist Profile on the NAA Website

Before beginning this process, it will be beneficial for you to have 8 pictures - 7 of

your art and 1 of yourself. Also, you will need your Artist Bio/Statement. If you do

not have any images, skip those pages.

Please try to create your Artist Profile within one week of registering to be a

member so that our website is fully populated with our current members.

To create your Artist Profile, click on the MEMBERSHIP drop down, and then

MEMBER SIGN IN.

This is where you will need the login information from the Welcome letter you received.

This will bring you to the initial information you entered. If you want to display your

business name enter in the where it says Contact Person.

1. Privacy: You can opt out of being listed in the directory, which we encourage you

not to do. You can opt out of showing your street address (only your town will appear

in the directory) and your phone number.

2. Business Card: Drop an image of your art in the box. This will be your thumbnail

photo on the main Member Directory and will be the first image people see. All images

must be in a square format. Add a short description of your medium.

3. Profile Gallery: For overall website consistency, we encourage you to add a picture

of yourself in addition to the 6 photos of your art. All images should be in a square

format.

Please load the picture of yourself first so that it will appear first in your gallery.

Drop up to 6 additional photos of your art into the boxes.

Click on the wrench in any of your photos to display the full image. The wrench will

appear as a magnifying glass on the website.

4. Profile Description: This is where your artist biography/artist statement goes. Copy

and paste into this box.

5. Social Links: Links are to be populated with only pages that are dedicated to your

art. Do not use personal links to Facebook, Instagram etc.
